Academic Engagement and Professional Contributions
Over the years, I have actively supported academia through curriculum design, advisory roles and industry-academia collaboration. I have served as a Board of Studies member for Computer Science programs at institutions including: 
  • Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (B.E CS, 2025–27), 
  • BMS College of Engineering (MCA, 2024–26), 
  • Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology (MCA, 2019–24), 
  • Dravidian University, Kuppam (MCA, 2018–23), 
  • Yogi Vemana University, Kadapa (MCA, 2012–14), and BMS Institute of Technology, Bengaluru (MCA, 2020–22). I have also contributed as a Department Advisory Committee member at NMIT, Bengaluru for the academic years 2019–20 and 2020–21, helping align academic programs with evolving industry needs.
Reddy voluntarily bridges the gap between industry and academia—from elementary schools to universities—through governance roles, mentorship, and community initiatives.
  • Created Academia related programs (“Graduate to Professional”) to align curricula with industry needs and provide job guidance.
  • Hosted / facilitated IBM industry visits for faculty/Graduates, AI bootcamps, mentored interns, organised leadership talks, promoted NASSCOM AI Pathshala across Academia & Startups.
  • Guided ~6,000 graduates on job opportunities, career planning, and ethical practices via Campus visits & Industry visits.
  • Supported schools (high/primary) in villages with stationery, computers, and guidance; donated 300+ IT/Commerse/Management books to Sanjay Gandhi Degree & PG College, Piler. and Degree College, Vaalmiki Puram.

Also passionate about nature, community service, and empowering rural communities through education and technology.
